Privacy notice

Lemmco Studio is a trading name of Lemmco Group (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No. 2026/731308/07), East London, South Africa. This notice explains how we handle personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• What you type into our quote form: name, business, email, phone and message.
• Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice the work. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify, in the United States) and delivered to our email. Client records are kept in our own business system. We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months if you don't become a client, and client records for at least 5 years, as tax law requires.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing lemmco.studio@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

When we work for you

If we host your website or business system, we process your customers' information on your behalf as an operator under POPIA. That is covered by a written operator agreement as part of our client terms.
