This is not a forecast. Real campaigns don't scale in a straight line: the cheapest searches get used up first, and results take a few weeks to settle. We give you a realistic range for your area before you start.

What we changed

  • Blocked 12 searches that never become jobs, like "plumber salary" and "DIY geyser"
  • Moved budget to weekday mornings, when most calls came in
  • Added a Gonubie page and pointed the Gonubie ads at it

Next month

  • Ask last month's customers for a Google review (no incentives)
  • Test a second geyser ad that leads with "same-day"
  • Post three job photos to the Business Profile

Example report. Buffalo Plumbing is fictional and these are not real results.

■ Questions

Straight answers.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. It's set up in your name, with your card. We get manager access, and if you leave, the account and its history stay with you.

How much should I spend on ads?

For a local service business, R3,000 to R5,000 a month is a sensible start. Below that, it takes a long time to learn which searches work.

Why a flat fee and not a percentage?

So our advice to spend more or less is never tied to what we earn.

Can you guarantee leads or page one?

No. We guarantee the work: tracking, campaigns, weekly checks and an honest report. Anyone who guarantees results is guessing.

Do I need a new website first?

Not always. If your site is slow or makes it hard to call or WhatsApp you, we'll say so, because ads can't fix a page that loses people.
